Case Study · GLX

Fast. Furious. And above all, real!

Model, influencer, bomb disposal specialist – there are some pretty exciting jobs out there. How can you make the logistics industry, and GLX in particular, look sexy as an employer?

Preferably not at all! Because if there's one thing a recruiting movie has to be, it has to be authentic. This gives you the freedom to score with charming selfdeprecation. After all, if you know your weaknesses, you can play to your strengths even better.

This is especially popular with young target groups. Career starters, in particular, increasingly value conservative values such as security and team spirit.

And it is precisely in this area of tension that we have placed the story of our short but concise recruiting film for GLX, in order not only to attract the attention of the young target group, but also to convince them in the end with values and contents that they really share. By the way, all the actors are real GLX employees.

Case Study · Allianz

Every company is 1000 stories.

In a company like Allianz, you don't have to look far to find the best company stories. They run through the office corridors every day. For the insurance company, we brought a beautiful kaleidoscope of characters to life through the camera. This resulted in various stories about different careers.

Our passion for working with inexperienced actors came in particularly handy for this project. Because saying something in front of a camera is harder than seasoned Hollywood actors make it look. And being yourself is even more difficult. After all, you're in an exceptional situation in front of the camera. It's good that we have experience on all sides of the camera and know exactly how every situation feels. In the end, we were able to capture authentic portraits that best reflect the essence of the company. And give the audience a very precise feeling of what they can expect from Allianz as an employer. Lots of great colleagues.
