Now that we know everything about your company and what you need from your recruitment film, we begin to develop a concept that captures the heart of your business.We'll develop a story that engages your audience with a compelling, yet authentic narrative. Our concept presentation gives you an accurate sense of what you'll get from us. With memorable scripts and visual and audio moods, we bring the movie to life for you before we shoot it.
Tough question. Do we shoot on location or at a studio? With staff or do we need actors? Do we shoot at night, or do we do aerial shots? These are all exciting questions, but fortunately, you don't have to worry about them. We take care of all aspects of pre-production, to ensure a smooth shoot.
This is, of course, the best part of any Production. It's on the set where the real magic begins, where we work together to bring your vision to life. This is especially exciting when real colleagues are involved in the movie. Every detail is meticulously planned and executed. The lights are set. The camera is set. We rehearse the scenes, and then we're ready to go. There are always breaks between scenes to prepare for the next one. Plenty of time to discuss what we have experienced and for spontaneous ideas. If they fit into the concept. After all, we need to make sure the scenes are consistent with your brand story and evoke the desired emotions.
Post-production is where we refine the footage. We adjust colors, and add sound and music to bring your story to life. We also add captions, and text overlays for titles, subtitles, or other information. During the edit, we adjust the rhythm and mood of the narrative, making sure each image and sound contributes to a cohesive overall narrative. And you're welcome to look over our shoulders as we do it. We'll fine-tune the movie with you in a series of steps to bring you along for the ride.
Having a film on your website or even showing it on TV or in a movie theater is great. But these days, a film doesn't always have to be a film. Especially if your recruitment film is aimed at the next generation, it can also be a TikTok. Or a pre-roll on YouTube. We'll show you how to leverage your film across all media and create meaningful snippets of your film so you can engage your audience on a variety of channels. Short snippets, a trailer or outtakes are great for social media communication.
