About the Film

The hidden champions of Berlin's job centers - Our campaign. They are the quiet heroes behind the scenes: Janitors, IT technicians, administrative staff - people who keep the Berlin Jobcenter running but are rarely in the spotlight. In 12 personal portraits, they tell us what makes their work special, what drives them and why they are indispensable to the Jobcenter. An additional film brings all the stories together and shows that true appreciation begins where it is not always seen.
