An event film captures your event on camera and makes the atmosphere, key messages and best moments visible to everyone who could not be there.
ROCC Film produces event films in Berlin: we plan the shoot around your schedule, are on site with camera and professional sound, stream live on request and handle editing and post-production afterwards. The material from one event usually becomes several versions: a film for your website and event recap, short clips for social media and excerpts for internal communication.

Our team of filmmakers and technicians documents every kind of event, from company parties to conferences and trade fairs to large public events, or streams it live to social media. We stay unobtrusive: no tripods in the audience, no blinding spotlights. We work with the existing event lighting and add to it discreetly where needed.
At ROCC Film, everything comes from a single source, from concept to finished file. We take the stress off you and guide you through the entire process. You focus on your guests, we take care of the images.

How your event film is made
- before the event
Initial consultation and concept
Free initial consultation: we clarify what the film needs to achieve, which formats you need and which budget range fits. Together we define which moments take center stage.
- 1 to 2 weeks ahead
Shoot planning around your schedule
We go through your program and map out when each camera is where: keynotes, interviews, audience. The shooting schedule does not disturb your event, it follows it.
- 1 event day or more
Shoot on the event day
Experienced camera operators with their own equipment, wireless microphones and a direct feed from the sound desk for clean audio even in loud halls. On request as a multi-camera setup with live streaming to the platform of your choice.
- 5 to 10 working days
Editing and post-production
Color grading, sound design, on-screen titles and royalty-free music. From the footage we cut the aftermovie, highlight clips and social media formats, each piece tailored to its purpose.

Approval and delivery
Three revision rounds are included. In the end you receive every version in the right format: horizontal for website and YouTube, vertical for social media, plus the file for your internal archive.

What does an event film cost in Berlin?
You can have an event film produced at ROCC Film from €3,000 net. Beyond that, the price depends on the duration and location of your event, the number of cameras, livestream and the output you want: a multi-day conference with several versions costs more, and each additional shoot day runs €3,000 to €6,000 net. After the initial consultation you get a transparent quote with itemized line items.
Which events do you film?
Conferences, trade fairs, concerts, company parties, product launches or festivals: in Berlin, almost any event format can be captured on film. We adapt style and scope to your event, from a small celebration to a large conference.
How quickly is the event film ready?
Depending on the scope, we deliver the finished film 5 to 10 working days after the event. If it needs to be quick, we prioritize the highlight clip so your event goes online promptly.
What equipment do you use for event films?

Will the shoot disturb our event?
