Christian Martin Schäfer (geboren 1980 in Zürich) ist Gründer und Creative Director der Berliner Filmproduktion ROCC Film. Er führt Regie bei Image-, Werbe- und Recruitingfilmen und betreut Kunden wie BMAS, Commerzbank und Volkswagen persönlich. Vor der Gründung 2014 gewann er als Werbetexter internationale Preise, unter anderem Gold bei den New York Festivals. Als Schauspieler stand er für die ARD vor der Kamera. Er bringt über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in Werbung und Film mit.

From actor to director: Christian's path to ROCC Film
Christian has experience in front of the camera, behind the camera, and much further behind it still. As a copywriter he's won international awards; as an actor he appeared on camera for, among other things, an ARD early-evening series. Before ROCC, he worked as a writer, producer and communications consultant.
This experience makes him a director with an overview, creativity, and above all, empathy. He works sensitively with performers — especially inexperienced ones — and creates the right mood on set. That leads to remarkable results, especially when shooting image or recruiting films with real employees.
In 2014, he and Christoph Wieczorek founded ROCC Film in Berlin — born from their collaboration on the feature film Drei Finnen. Ever since, the team has been creating image films, commercials, and recruiting films for clients ranging from mid-sized businesses to large corporations.
