About Christoph

About storytelling behind the camera.

Christoph grew up on film sets — ever since, his fascination with the big screen has driven him. He learned the business from the ground up: starting as a gaffer, moving behind the camera, and training to become a professional colorist.

Over his career, he has shot countless commercials and served as DoP on music videos and feature films. His talent for finding the best angle on anything works its magic especially when a location doesn't offer much to begin with.

From working together with Christian Martin Schäfer on the feature film Drei Finnen (2014) ROCC Film was born — the two of them founded the production company in Berlin.
