About the Film
The DAB Digital Forum took place in 2024, and we can look back on an inspiring annual event with lots of new ideas and impetus for the digital transformation of Berlin's economy. More than 200 players and entrepreneurs from Berlin's digitalization landscape accepted our invitation to the Hotel Oderberger Berlin.
Inspiring words of welcome from Nicole Voigt and Michael Biel (State Secretary for Economics Berlin). In the opening keynote, Nicolas Zimmer (CEO of the Technology Foundation Berlin) gave the guests valuable tips for successful survival in the digital age, without hardware death and zombie code.
In their practical presentation, Carlotta Baumann (Managing Director of Finetech GmbH & Co. KG) and Stefan Wittenberg (Professor at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences) showed how the systematic introduction of generative AI can succeed in small and medium-sized companies and what lessons they have already learned from implementing their own AI projects.
Afterwards, Dirk Von Gehlen (Director Think Tank of the SZ Institute) demonstrated in his entertaining keynote speech "Optimism is not a trait, but a skill that can be learned" how companies can face the digital transformation with courage for the future and gave the entrepreneurs on site five pragmatic steps to successfully develop further in the digital age.
