Event Film: Berlin Youth Career Agency – First Specialist Day

On June 18, 2025, everyone who supports young people on their path into training and employment came together in Berlin: 750 skilled professionals and managers, plus guests from politics, academia, and civil society. The first conference day of Berlin's Youth Career Agency.

On stage were the questions currently shaping this work: artificial intelligence in the workplace, the professional integration of refugees, inclusive counseling, and access to education and careers for young people with a migration background.

A day like this only happens once. One afternoon, one building, then everyone returns to their twelve locations — job centers, agencies, and youth welfare offices. What remains is the memory. Or a film.
