That depends on the scope. A compact highlight reel for a single trade fair day starts at approx. €1,750. A detailed trade fair documentation with interviews and several shooting days ranges between €5,000 and €10,000. We create a binding quote after a short initial conversation.

Four to six weeks are ideal. During this time, we clarify the goal and format, create a shot list, organize the equipment and coordinate with the trade-fair organizer. For short-notice requests, we usually still find a solution. But the earlier we come on board, the better the result. And the more relaxed the trade-fair day is for you.

Yes — and it should. Trade fair halls are loud. Visitors walk past, conversations overlap, speakers blare from the neighbouring stand.
