PYUR launched a service app that lets customers solve most problems themselves. To make it instantly clear how it works, we gave it a voice: it narrates the film itself, like KITT in Knight Rider.
Hold music is a thing of the past.
Anyone who wanted to change their address at PYUR used to end up in support. That costs time on both sides. The new meinPŸUR app was designed to solve exactly that: view invoices, change bank details, report a move, issue a SEPA mandate digitally.
The film had two jobs at once. Internally, get their own people excited about the app; externally, show customers what's in it for them. ROCC Film produced it with agency Foundry, from concept to post-production.

Why the app got the leading role.
The idea came from the movies: KITT, the talking car from Knight Rider. If an app is meant to become a companion, it should also sound like one. So in the film, it introduces itself and guides you through its own features.
Then there are the people who built it. Not testimonials, but the developers themselves: one week of design sprint, already in development the following week, customers brought in-house to test. We deliberately kept the messy, unpolished moments from the office too. A glossy finish would have cost the story its credibility.
In the end, all the threads come together: in a split screen, everyone says one sentence together. Anything else wouldn't be PYUR.
