Recruiting film for marketing & brand management Everyone says desk job. Hannah shows what it really is.
Brand Management is hard to film. Kenvue shows the job anyway: in 33 seconds Hannah tells us herself what her job as Senior Brand Manager is about, with a cinematic look.
Brand Management: the marketing job you rarely get to see.
This employee story is part of a series: in 2026, ROCC Film from Berlin produced three recruiting films for Kenvue at the Neuss location, one per department. This film features Senior Brand Manager Hannah.
Brand management is one of those marketing jobs everyone talks about but almost no one gets to see. The daily reality behind brands like Neutrogena plays out in meetings, sprints, and strategy sessions.
Hannah's film is one of three employee stories from Kenvue's Neuss site. She shows her everyday life as Senior Brand Manager Skin Health and explains in her own words what drives her: impact over campaigns.
„A good employer branding film doesn't show the office. It shows why someone is glad to go there in the morning.“
How brand strategy becomes a film.
Hannah's field is strategic: innovation sprints, retailer strategy, consumer needs. None of that likes posing for the camera. The employee story had to make her marketing job tangible without looking like a conference room.
So the images tell a story of movement and closeness: Hannah outside at the Neuss site, focused on her laptop among the Kenvue brands, laughing with colleagues in the hallway, in a hanging chair looking into the camera. Her voice carries the film. Her line about brands that give people confidence in their own skin gives it its theme.
Filmed on the same day as Jan's and Elke's film, in the same cinematic look: Sony FX6, wide open aperture, everything on the gimbal. That finally gives a role that many only know as a desk job its own stage.
„Building brand experiences that help people feel confident in their own skin.“
Seen in the film: Hannah's work in brand management.
Hannah starts her day outdoors at the Neuss location, works on brand strategies at her laptop, and laughs with colleagues in the hallway. Her comment about brands that give people confidence in their own skin gives the film its theme.
