ROCC Film

Recruiting film for sales Jan. More credible than any job ad.

How do you win sales talent without sounding like a job ad? Kenvue lets Key Account Manager Jan tell his own story, in 30 seconds with a cinematic look.

Recruiting Films Key Account Management Neuss · 2026

An employer brand for sales that people believe.

ROCC Film is a film production company from Berlin. In 2026, we shot three recruiting films for Kenvue at their Neuss site, an employee story series featuring three employees. This film portrays Key Account Manager Jan.

Kenvue, the consumer health company behind Neutrogena, Listerine, and Aveeno, is looking for talent for key account management. Job ads describe a sales role like this. But they don't convince anyone.

For Kenvue's employer brand series, we shot three employee stories at the Neuss site: three employees, three roles, three short films. This page shows Jan's film, 30 seconds long. He walks through key account management and tells you himself what makes the job.

Jan sits on a green stool in Kenvue's colorful lounge in Neuss.

„You only believe in an employer brand once a real employee tells it. Our job is to make sure he looks like he's in a movie while he does.“

Why we let Jan tell it, not HR.

Recruiting films rarely fail because of the technique. They fail because they sound like HR. Kenvue wanted the opposite: employee stories in which real employees talk about their everyday work. The company provided the brand, the values and the script guardrails. We built the story and the look.

For Jan, that meant no interview setup. We followed him at work, from the lobby to the break room, and laid his voiceover over the footage. A colleague with a puppy in her arms, a quiet minute with headphones on, a glimpse into the colorful lounge: the film shows everyday sales life exactly as it is.

We shot all three films on a single day: planned so Kenvue gets a whole series from one production day. Sony FX6, G-Master primes with wide open aperture, everything on the gimbal, everything in motion. In grading, a cinematic Kodak look sits over the images. That's how an office in Neuss ends up looking like cinema. And the hero still stays a real colleague.

„Taking the time off as a new dad showed me what fierce care really means.“

In the film: Jan's day in key account management.

Jan walks through the bright office in Neuss, checks in with a colleague, and works among Neutrogena, Listerine, and Aveeno products. In between: a puppy in the office, headphones in an armchair, a smile into the camera. Over it all is Jan's voice, with his line about parental leave and real flexibility.
