Companies that trust us

From start-ups to DAX corporations: we film corporate events all over Germany
Your summer party was great. The kick-off swept everyone along. The product launch hit home. But two weeks later, hardly anyone remembers the details. A corporate event film changes that.
It captures what no minutes can: the energy in the room, the laughter during team building, the applause after the presentation. And it makes these moments usable. As a recruiting video on your careers page, as a LinkedIn post for employer branding or as an internal highlight reel that shows why your company is a good place to work.
We film your event the way it felt. Not like an image brochure.
What is a corporate event film?
A corporate event film is a professional video that documents internal or external company events. Whether summer party, kick-off, product launch or customer event — the corporate event video captures the moments that make your corporate culture visible. Unlike a gala film, the focus is less on festivity and more on team dynamics, brand identity and employer branding. As a subcategory of the event film, the corporate event film is the most versatile format: it works on the career page just as well as on the intranet.
Employer Branding: Shows applicants what makes your company tick. More authentic than any stock photo on the careers page.
LinkedIn and social media: Short clips from the kick-off or summer party. Organic reach that needs no advertising budget.
Internal communication: As a review on the intranet or Slack. Connects distributed teams and shows what's happening at your company.
Customer and partner events: Shows customers and partners the human side of your company. Strengthens relationships beyond the contract.
Product launch documentation: Capture the product launch on film. Perfect for sales, press and your own website.
Management reporting: A two-minute video review tells the board more than twenty slides. Faster, clearer, more impressive.
Whether you need a quick highlight reel or a complete event documentation with employee testimonials: we cut the video to your goal. Take a look at our previous work or arrange a free initial consultation right away.

That depends on the type of event and the desired result. A highlight video of a team event or summer party starts at approx. €1,200. A complete documentation of a product launch with a multi-camera setup, employee testimonials and social media clips ranges between €4,200 and €7,200. An event video shows your corporate culture more authentically than any job ad. Applicants see real team moments, not staged stock photos. Use the video on your career page, in LinkedIn job ads or as an Insta reel. Particularly effective: short soundbites from employees who explain why they enjoy working for you. The material is created on the side during the event.
Yes, and that's exactly what we plan the shoot for. From one shooting day, various edit versions are created: an internal recap video for the team, an external highlight reel for LinkedIn and a recruiting clip for the careers page. Before the event, we clarify which target audiences you want to serve, and during the shoot we make sure the material works for all use cases.
Yes. Before production, we discuss your visual style: colour palette, fonts, tone and brand values. This feeds into the edit — from colour correction to on-screen text. If you have a brand style guide, we work with it. If not, we follow your existing appearance. The result: a film that looks and sounds like your company.
Yes. Summer parties in the park, team-building in the forest or company runs — we film wherever your event takes place. For outdoor shoots, we bring weatherproof equipment, batteries for the whole day and, if needed, drones for aerial footage. The natural light outdoors often delivers the most beautiful images. The only requirement: we need the information in advance about whether we have to obtain a permit at the location.
More than most expect. A typical corporate event shoot delivers a main video (90 seconds to 3 minutes), three to five social media clips in portrait format, individual sound bites as standalone videos and, if needed, a longer documentary. In total, ten to fifteen individual video formats easily come together. One shooting day, weeks of content.
No. There are many ways to produce a strong event video without anyone having to speak directly into the camera. We capture atmosphere, interactions and team moments that feel completely natural. If individual employees feel like giving a short statement: all the better. But no one is pressured. The most authentic footage comes about when everyone feels comfortable.
That's exactly what it's made for. A good corporate event film has a long lifespan: as a teaser for the next event, as a review in the annual report, as content on the about page or as an intro to the next all-hands presentation. We cut the video from the start so that it works beyond the event day.
A corporate film tells the story of your company — planned, scripted, often with voiceover. A corporate event film documents a real moment: the kick-off, the launch, the team party. It's more spontaneous, more human and often more credible, because nothing is staged. Many companies use both: the corporate film as an evergreen and the event film as current, lively content.
Yes. Small events often deliver the strongest content. Fewer participants means more genuine interactions, more personal moments and a video that doesn't feel like a mass event. Half a shooting day with one camera is enough for a team event of this size and delivers a highlight video plus two to three social media clips. Sometimes it is the smallest events that leave the biggest impression.
